Compliance · Your filing
You're a filer too. Log expenses, gifts, meals, and lobbying activity as they happen — the platform tracks your gift limits live, flags notices you owe, and auto-drafts your quarterly filing reports for review. It drafts — you file. Nothing here is filed with the Secretary of State for you, ever.

Quick log
Built for the phone, right after the coffee or the dinner. Gift, meal, or event with an official in it counts toward that official's gift tally — and every entry feeds your quarterly draft.
Running tallies
Recomputed live from your log. Sources cited under each figure.
As a registered lobbyist, the $10/month per-person gift ban (Gov. Code §86203) is your hard line — gifts, meals, and event spending for an official aggregate against it each calendar month. The $630/source/year general gift limit (Gov. Code §89503; FPPC Reg 18940.2, 2025–2026) governs gifts from non-lobbyist sources — shown here as context for the employers and clients you advise. Quarterly filing draft
Generates a reviewable draft in Form 615 (individual lobbyist quarterly) + Form 640 (activity-expense detail) format from your log entries. You review it, you file it with the SOS — the draft never leaves this browser and is never a filing.
Deadlines
FPPC quarterly deadlines from the verified compliance data. Late-fine math: $10/day, capped at the cumulative amount in the late filing or $100, whichever is greater (Gov. Code §91013). A deadline on a weekend or state holiday rolls to the next business day — no other extensions.
