Matching runs entirely on your device against the site's public databases (localStorage silobbyist_import_v1). Your address book is never uploaded, shared, or used to train anything.

Your data, your control

Import data (parsed contacts, match results, your decisions) lives only in this browser. Confirmed contacts are copied into your CRM (silobbyist_crm_v1) tagged imported. Duplicate detection flags contacts already in your CRM or already in this import before you confirm.

Matching is a research aid, not identity verification: confirm a person's identity through an independent source before acting on a match (e.g. a conflict check or a filing). No donor database is shipped with this site, so donor matching is not available. This is an organizer, not legal or compliance advice.
